Vick Hartunian has been involved in commercial investment real estate for over 25 years in Southern California. His experience and academic background in accounting and business management encompasses all facets of commercial real estate investment and asset management. Vick has a proven track record in helping his clients/investors in acquisition, disposition as well as managing long-hold real estate investments. Creative thinking, combined with strict planning and diligent operations in management, enables him to re-position properties in the marketplace, attract and retain quality tenants, minimizes expenses, and meets the financial goal of his clients.
Vick is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), a candidate for Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation, and member of the National Marketing Institute, and holding a CCIM designation since 1987. The Certified Commercial Investment Manager designation is awarded only to highly educated specialists who draw from market experience combined with intensive study to help clients analyze and meet investment objectives. Additionally, Vick is member of the National Association of Realtors, American Industrial Real Estate Association, Glendale Board of Realtors, and the Orange County Association of Realtors. Vick has been a real estate broker since 1982.
Vick's extensive experience covers all aspects of infill development, construction coordination, tenant improvements, tenant selection, lease negotiation and property management. He started his own company, Cal-West Real Estate Services, in 1982 selling investment properties and developing condominiums, office buildings and shopping centers. Prior to forming a new company he was an associate investment broker with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Services representing clients in the acquisition, disposition and managing select client's assets on an exclusive basis.
Vick founded Ammlock Real Estate Management earlier in 2002 and served as its president and designated broker. In 2010 he implemented the company name change to CPMG (Commercial Property Management Group). Vick believed the name change symbolized and acknowledged the, strength, and diversity of the Group - to reflect the expanding range of firmís regional capabilities. Vick has earned a reputation for management excellence from his broad range of clients. Vick provides comprehensive real estate management services to individuals, partnerships and professionals who actively involved in their own profession and need help for managing their investments.

David Hartunian, Vice President
David Hartunian is a Vice President for CPMG property and asset management group in the Pasadena, California. CPMG manages client properties and portfolios in the greater Los Angeles area. David has many years of experience in the management, sales and leasing of numerous commercial properties including office, retail, multifamily, and industrial. His knowledge base stems from almost 30 years of real estate involvement through his familyís affiliation in real estate investment and development.
Davidís focus now is primarily involved in the growth and development of CPMG. He is on the path to completing the CCIM program in the fall of 2010, which is the highest designation available for commercial investment brokers internationally. David also plans on pursuing his CPM accreditation immediately following the conclusion of his CCIM designation.
Upon completion of school, David was a sales engineer at Lucent Technologies until 2001. At that point David decided to move onto what he was truly meant to do and began his career in real estate. With a new focus, David developed his brokerage skills via Coldwell Banker Commercial specializing in the sales and leasing of commercial real estate throughout the Los Angeles area. David has also been involved with investment sales and lease negotiations across the country. Since his departure, his dedication to CPMGís business development and operations has been reinforced with a response that it welcomed by current and prospective clientele.
